LinkedIn has announced a new feature. You can now endorse your connection's skills and recommend new skills. Simply open a connection's profile and you will see a box at the top that look's like this:
You can click the Endorse button to endorse all of the skills shown in the window. If you want to endorse selected skills, simply click the X next to the skills you do not want to endorse. This will remove them from the window.
You will be notified on LinkedIn and via email each time you are endorsed. Check out LinkedIn's post if you want to learn more about this new feature.
Enjoy!

What do you think about this feature? It seems very similar to giving a +K on Klout to someone. Add the new ability to follow thought leaders and LinkedIn is starting to seem rather Klout-like. Which I'm not sure is a good thing.
