Have You Heard? CPAs Targeted in Phishing Scam!

Today, the AICPA announced that it is investigating a fraudulant email scam that is targeting CPAs and members of the general public.  The email includes an AICPA banner and refers to income tax fraud.  The Alert makes it clear that the email is not from the AICPA.  

Information about the scam can also be found in an article on Forbes.com.  If you receive the email, do not click on the links.  Simply follow the advise in the Forbes article, "delete, delete, delete."
