Just yesterday, LinkedIn announced that they will be adding their first application to LinkedIn Groups. This is a great idea! Here's an excerpt from the LinkedIn blog:
"A key reason our members use LinkedIn Groups is to share insights with like-minded professionals. Voting on polls now provides the same quick convenience of clicking “Like”, but with also the richer point of view of a comment."

This will be a quick and easy way to engage group members. I just added a poll to CPA Tech Connect to find out what type of tablet group members plan to buy next. The poll can be found under the Manager's Choice section.
