It’s time for the sixth set of social media predictions! Today, we’ll hear from Andrew Rose.
Andrew is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Naden/Lean, LLC, a CPA firm based in Timonium, Maryland. He has helped build the firm’s dental practitioner niche and has developed great social media sites to help support the practice. You should check out their website, blog and Twitter page. In 2003, Andrew founded Marketing Director’s Support Group, an educational and peer support group for marketing and business professionals.
Here are Andrew’s social media predicting for 2011.
What is your prediction about social media in 2011?
Usage will continue to trend upwards. Geolocation will be the buzz word of the year.
What are the top three social media activities that CPAs should be doing in 2011?
In order of importance, LinkedIn, Google profile and Facebook.
Thank you, Andrew.

Cool..I am just on the web trying to research applications for social media and my small (two person) CPA venture. So quick question, Mr. Rose...is it possible to integrate a custom CPA branding app into a Facebook page in order to increase facebook conversions? We want someting like this (this is not a full CPA app, just one with cpa componenets)
See somehow they managed to stream their site into the fb page rather than paying for fbml development on their social network. Their site is just a mirror reflection of their fb,
